El Jardín is a farm tucked into the hills of Anzoátegui, in Colombia’s Tolima region. Surrounded by cedar trees and freshwater springs, it’s also home to some truly impressive coffee. Wilson Ducuara has been producing specialty lots here for over eight years, with a steady focus on quality.
This Gesha begins with selective hand-picking, followed by 24 hours of pre-fermentation in cherry. After depulping, the coffee undergoes a 72-hour aerobic fermentation at controlled temperatures. It’s then dried on raised canopies for three days before being stabilised and stored in GrainPro bags to preserve its clean, expressive profile.
In the cup you'll find flavours of pineapple, lemongrass, as well as florality.

Important Information
Roast Date
We roast coffee every tuesday. If ordered before 11:59pm on a Monday, then it will be dispatched that week. If ordered after, then it will be roasted the following week. This is to ensure the coffee arrives at its freshest.
Shipping & Dispatch
For the UK we use Royal Mail. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service. If you're UK-based, there is free shipping over £25.
The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm day prior to dispatch.
