It was in March this year that we got to visit Jose on his farm, the home of Abu coffee. We drove up the mountain and arrived at the drying beds where the harvest was still happening and we were able to see the coffees Jose and his team had prepared. During the drying process, the aroma from the raised beds was incredible and from that moment, it was certain that their coffees had to feature on our menu.
We secured three lots in total. The GN1590 is a natural Geisha, that has undergone 48 hours of oxidisation and 48 hours of anaerobic fermentation before final processing. It results in a coffee that in the cup you can expect flavour notes of strawberry yoghurt, raspberry and vanilla. It is lactic, and sweet.

Important Information
Roast Date
We roast coffee every tuesday. If ordered before 11:59pm on a Monday, then it will be dispatched that week. If ordered after, then it will be roasted the following week. This is to ensure the coffee arrives at its freshest.
Shipping & Dispatch
For the UK we use Royal Mail. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service. If you're UK-based, there is free shipping over £25.
The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm day prior to dispatch.
