ROASTED COFFEE
As coffee is a perishable good we don't usually exchange or accept returns on roasted coffee. If you feel the quality of your delivery is not up to standard, please email us at hello@specialguestscoffee.com.
EQUIPMENT AND OTHER MERCHANDISE
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must have a reciept or proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
