Our house coffee project is a curated selection designed to be an everyday filter option, whether at home or in a cafe. Sold exclusively in kg bags, it rotates seasonally throughout the year, upholding the unique and interesting characteristics we look for in all our range.
It is sourced and roasted with filter in mind, whether you use a batch brewer or a pour over method.
The coffee will rotate seasonally.

Specific Coffees
We're here to celebrate the world of coffee and the many different regions, varietals and producers. Each month the coffee we source and roast will be different from the last.
Coffee Information
Each coffee is unique and we love to tell the story. Whether it's the growing conditions, the roast profile or varietal each has a role to play in the final experience.
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm on Mondays.
