This lot is a Pacamara from producer Diego Lezcano, Santos Cafe. The coffee has undergone a 10.8 fermentation in custom-built stainless steel tanks, guided by mosto from Dobe_Geis_105_164. It is then dried for 28.6 days in custom-built rooms that regulate temperature and humidity.
This process results in the cup with a flavour profile including notes of gooseberry, lime and strawberry. It is clean, interesting and unique.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm on Mondays.
