This lot is from fifth-generation coffee producer Diego Baraona and his farm Los Pirineos. Diego took over the family farm in 2020 and continues the 130-year family history of coffee production.

Los Pirineos is home
20 different varietals, with the majority of production being Pacamara and Bourbon. This particular lot is a gesha, which has undergone a traditional washed process where the cherries are pulped with water before being laid out on raised drying beds, where they received on average 12 hours of sunlight per day, for a 45 day period.

This results in a cup of coffee, with a clean flavour profile. You can expect florality and note of soft-stone fruit and raspberry.
