Earlier this year we met Willem Boot at one of his farms, La Mula. From here we took a 4 hour trek through the hills planted with blossoming coffee trees, learning about his journey and how it's shaped his approach to coffee.
On the cupping table these stories translated in to the coffees. They were vibrant, had great structure and flavour clarity. We were able to secure lots from all 3 farms, including this lot, S41, from the revered Finca Sophia.
A phenomenal experience, with phenomenal coffee. The skill, dedication and care is evident in each and every lot they produce.
In the cup, we found flavour notes of elderflower, rose and raspberry.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm on Mondays.
