This lot is produced by approximately 100 smallholders who sell their coffee to the Dambi Uddo drying station in Shakiso, Guji. The coffee then undergoes a natural process, overseen by Ture Waji the founder of Sookoo Coffee, the exporting partner in Ethiopia.
This results in a cup of coffee, with a clean flavour profile. You can expect flavour notes of strawberry, black tea and a floral characteristic.

Important Information
Roast Date
We roast coffee every tuesday. If ordered before 11:59pm on a Monday, then it will be dispatched that week. If ordered after, then it will be roasted the following week. This is to ensure the coffee arrives at its freshest.
Shipping & Dispatch
For the UK we use Royal Mail. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service. If you're UK-based, there is free shipping over £25.
The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm day prior to dispatch.
