The El Zapote gesha is grown is the Acatenango region of Guatemala. It is a 62-hectare farm, owned and run by the fourth generation of the Perez family.
It was selected for it's classic profile - it's floral, sweet and has element of fruit flavour. Once picked it undergoes a traditional washed process, which results in flavour notes of peach, jasmine and black tea.

Important Information
Roast Date
We roast coffee every tuesday. If ordered before 11:59pm on a Monday, then it will be dispatched that week. If ordered after, then it will be roasted the following week. This is to ensure the coffee arrives at its freshest.
Shipping & Dispatch
For the UK we use Royal Mail. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service. If you're UK-based, there is free shipping over £25.
The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm day prior to dispatch.
