From the renowned farm, Los Nogales, this coffee is produced by Oscar Hernandez. This year we visited Oscar and his family, saw first hand his commitment to growing , harvest and processing before we cupped in their lab and choose two lots.
This Bourbon Pimienta has undergone 3 stages of processing, the first is a thermal shock, then de-pulping and finally a 120 hour fermentation stage. It creates a coffee that is exceptional, intense and complex.
In the cup it is fruit-forward and sweet, with flavour notes of raspberry, lemonade and passionfruit.
It was selected for the World Coffee in Good Spirits Championships, where Sandro Roth used it to place 2nd.

Important Information
Roast Date
We roast coffee every tuesday. If ordered before 11:59pm on a Monday, then it will be dispatched that week. If ordered after, then it will be roasted the following week. This is to ensure the coffee arrives at its freshest.
Shipping & Dispatch
For the UK we use Royal Mail. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service. If you're UK-based, there is free shipping over £25.
The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm day prior to dispatch.
