El Oasis sits at 2,150 meters above sea level in Ortega, Tolima - a region known for its high elevations and rich biodiversity. Shade from native and fruit trees covers the 14-hectare farm, where Fernando Bocanegra has been producing coffee since 2017.
Fernando left behind his work as a chef to start a coffee farm with a close friend, aiming to do things differently from the start. After weathering early challenges - including COVID - they built the farm with a focus on quality.
In the cup we found flavour notes of coffee blossom, apricot and lemon.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is 11:59pm on Mondays.
