This Java varietal comes from the world-renowned Rodriguez family, one of Bolivia’s most respected coffee producers. It’s one of two Los Rodriguez coffees we’ve released over the past few months, selected for its exceptional clarity and structure in the cup. We’ve been fortunate to work with coffees from the Rodriguez farms since the very beginning of Special Guests, and we’re always excited to highlight Bolivia as an origin.
The coffee is grown at La Linda and has undergone a natural fermentation processing method, resulting in a vibrant yet approachable profile. Expect flavour notes of jasmine, ripe blueberry, and peach, coming together in a balanced, easy-drinking cup.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm on Mondays.
