Milton Monroy whose San Pedro farm in Tolima has gained international acclaim for its exceptional Geshas, often placing in the Colombian Cup of Excellence.
This lot is a Gesha Natural. It has undergone a multistage process, including an initial fermentation, before initially being mechanically dried before being moved to raised beds and then rested. The result is a complex, intense profile that is what we've come to expect from a natural gesha - floral and fruit-forward.
In the cup we found flavour notes of rose, mango and granadilla.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is 11:59pm on Mondays.
