Grown in Pitalito, Colombia, this coffee was born out of the experimentation of the El Encanto Family Project. They look towards experimental fermentation and exotic varietals to push flavour. 

This lot is an 'advanced natural' a process which means the coffee has been picked at it's peak, undergone a fermentation stage before drying. This combination of process and varietal, in the cup, results in flavour notes of banana, raspberry candy and bubblegum.

Important Information

Roast Date

All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.

Shipping & Dispatch

We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.

The cut-off deadline is 11:59pm on Mondays.
