Finca Don Benjie is a family-run estate in Boquete, Panama, producing exceptional specialty coffees shaped by the region’s volcanic soils, altitude and unique climate. We've now visited many times, and are proud to work with the team, sharing their coffee that exemplifies their dedication to quality.
This lot is an orange bourbon, processed as a natural. It has been oxidised for 24 hours, pre-dried for 2 days in bastidores before being dried in cold room for 6 weeks.
In the cup we find notes of panela, mango and pineapple.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is 11:59pm on Mondays.
