Formed the same year as Special Guests we've been buying from Franz and his team since the beginning. The Lost Origin cupping table has shown us many incredible coffees over the years we've worked together. 

This lot is from Santamaria, Boquete and processed at the Lost Origin lab in Panama City. The fermentation stage is carried out in custom-built stainless steel tanks, guided by two cultures, LOY-007 and LOY-012.  The process lasted 7 days under controlled conditions at an average temperature of 8.63°C. Finally, the coffee is dried over 46.5 days in temperature and humidity-regulated drying rooms.

In the cup, we found flavour notes of lime, mango and strawberry.

Important Information

Roast Date

All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.

Shipping & Dispatch

We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.

The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm on Mondays.
