Formed the same year as Special Guests we've been buying from Franz and his team since the beginning. The Lost Origin cupping table has shown us many incredible coffees over the years we've worked together.
This lot was grown at Lerida and producer Maria Antonella Amoruso before being transported to the Lost Origin lab in Panama City. The coffee has undergone a fermentation without any microbial starters in custom-built stainless steel tanks for 4.6 days at 12.2°C. Then the coffee was moved to temperature and humidity-regulated drying rooms for 14.6 days.
In the cup, we found flavour notes of Blackcurrant, Plum, Dark Chocolate.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm on Mondays.
