Originally reserved for this year’s National Brewers Cup, this special lot from El Salto in Boquete, Panama is now available in a very limited release.
This coffee was harvested in January 2024 and carefully sorted to remove defects before undergoing a 72-hour anaerobic rest in sealed GrainPro bags. It was then slow-dried on shaded African beds for 45 days, covered in a dark mesh, reaching stable moisture content and stored in protective conditions to preserve quality. Small lots were combined and carefully milled, with precise size and density sorting to retain only the highest-quality coffee.

Roast Date
We roast coffee every tuesday. If ordered before 11:59pm on a Monday, then it will be dispatched that week. If ordered after, then it will be roasted the following week. This is to ensure the coffee arrives at its freshest.
Shipping & Dispatch
For the UK we use Royal Mail. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service. If you're UK-based, there is free shipping over £25.
The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm day prior to dispatch.
