Originally reserved for this year’s National Brewers Cup, this lot, Los Alpes #480, from Janson in Chiriqi, Panama is now available in a very limited release.
Harvested on January 25, 2024, this lot underwent a 48-hour natural fermentation before sun-drying across patios and raised beds for 14 days. The result is a deeply expressive cup that captures the magic of the Janson farms.
In the cup you'll find flavour notes of stewed apple, blackberry and pastry.

Couldn't load pickup availability
We roast coffee every tuesday. If ordered before 11:59pm on a Monday, then it will be dispatched that week. If ordered after, then it will be roasted the following week. This is to ensure the coffee arrives at its freshest.
For the UK we use Royal Mail. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service. If you're UK-based, there is free shipping over £25.
The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm day prior to dispatch.
