Originally reserved for this year’s National Brewers Cup, this lot, 467-N-NF from the Casa block at Finca Nuguo, Panama is now available in a very limited release.
This is a meticulous small-lot Geisha, harvested on January 29, 2024. Fermentation began on the farm - sealed in GrainPro for 24 hours - before traveling down to the warmer climate of David for another day of shaded fermentation at around 32°C. On January 31, the lot entered a temperature-controlled drying room set at 23°C.
By April 6, the coffee reached rest with a final moisture of 11.9%.
