This washed Geisha comes from Mil Cumbres, a high-elevation farm in Volcán, Panama. We visited Mario and his team last year, cupping in their lab overlooking the slopes and the valley beyond. As we walked the farm - the coffee trees blossoming, the aroma strong in the air - Mario spoke passionately about varietals, processing, and his standard for picking only the ripest “Ferrari red” cherries.
Mil Cumbres has earned recognition on the world stage, with multiple placements in Best of Panama - a reflection of both the unique growing conditions and the care behind every step of production.
This year, we’re excited to share two lots from Mil Cumbres - one washed, one natural. This washed lot (W-23-1-25) has flavour notes in the cup of mandarin, chamomile, and peach.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm on Mondays.
