At the start of the year we headed to Panama to find coffee for the rest of the year. We entered the cupping room at Lerida and knew from the first cup it was somewhere special and then later on the espresso machine as we shared our experiences. We tasted the coffees with Juan, who would later be crowed this years Panama Barista Champion with a Lerida coffee.
This lot is a washed geisha that stood out for its clarity - it has the classic washed geisha characteristics we've come to expect, whilst also slight red fruit and citrus. In the cup you can expect flavour notes of lemon tea, honey and redcurrant.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm on Mondays.
