This coffee was completely unexpected. As soon as we tasted it in the cupping room at Lerida on our latest trip to Panama, we turned to the espresso machine to begin to pull shots - not as common as you might expect. It demonstrated to us how versatile, unique and expressive this lot is. The downside? Only one, there was only a very small amount available.
Lot 0348 is an SL28, processed as a natural. It is fruit-forward, sweet and well structured. In the cup you can expect flavour notes of honey, cherry and nectarine.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm on Mondays.
