Earlier on in the year we cupped their latest harvest with producer, Laura Suárez. It was the first time we tried their coffee, and for the first time get to showcase what they do on our menu.
This lot is a washed Geisha, or to give it it's complete name: GWLB S2-4 Geisha Washed Lot #53. It has a flavour profile reflective of the process - it is an extremely clean cup, with floral and citrus notes. In the cup we find flavour notes of cherry blossom, blackcurrant and citrus.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is the 11:59pm on Mondays.
