This lot from Kai and his team at the Janson farm, was chosen for it's incredibly classic profile. As a Washed Geisha we expect clarity, white tea-like characteristics and sweetness - #1007 has them all.
We're proud to have coffees from Janson on our menu, as not only are they award winning, we've been able to spend time visiting, tasting and talking coffee. Through this process we understand better what forms their approach and ultimately how that translates in to your coffee wherever you drink it.
In the cup we find flavour notes of redcurrant, rose and pomegranate.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is 11:59pm on Mondays.
