Working with Jose and the team at Abu is always a pleasure. The coffees are classic in style and truly exceptional. This particular lot was chosen in the small hours of the morning as we finished a night cupping in Panama. It stood out as being one of the coffees with the most intense floral/lemon aroma and flavour profile.
In the cup it has flavour profile of lemonbalm, hibiscus and honeydew melon.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is 11:59pm on Mondays.
