This is the first year we've had coffee from Kotowa on the menu - we tasted exceptional lots in their cupping room and are pleased to bring them to our offering.
Lot 0831-0864 is a Geisha Natural. The combination of process, varietal and terroir creates an intensely fruit-forward coffee. Our list of flavour notes is extensive, complex and quality from hot to cool, we noted florality like elderflower alongside flavour notes of blackcurrant, kiwi, mango and strawberry.
We summarised this experience in three flavour notes, and a cup profile of winegums, grapefruit and passionfruit.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is 11:59pm on Mondays.
