This coffee comes from El Salto's Camiseta Estate, located between 1,500-1,780mASL in Boquete, Panama. The farm, located on Volcan Baru, has been in the same family for generations, and last year we were fortunate to cup with Laura who's parents founded the business in the 1940's.
This coffee, Lot 23, is the naturally lower in caffeine Laurina varietal. Combined with an anaerobic natural process, with a fermentation stage, this results in a fruit-forward, sweet profile. In the cup where you can expect flavour notes of flat peach, milk chocolate and toffee.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is 11:59pm on Mondays.
