From producer Agustin Gomez, and his farm Las Nubes in Alto Jaramillo in Boquete, Panama and via Lost Origin in Panama City we present this exceptional coffee. Having worked with Franz and his team for a number of years, we love to have their coffees on the menu.
This lot has undergone a fermentation stage in custom-built stainless steel tanks, guided by mosto Beni_Geis_107_163 over 6.3 days period at an average temperature of 18.8°C. The coffee was then dried for 15 days in temperature and humidity-regulated drying rooms.
In the cup we find flavour notes of grapefruit, green apple and guava.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is 11:59pm on Mondays.
