Last year we were able to share a cupping room with the Laura Suarez for the very first time. Here we were able to taste a range of coffees, from their three farms. These including lots from Camiseta, their parents first coffee farm in Boquete Panama. And where this coffee, GNLB Geisha Don Carlos Natural Lot #12, is from.
It has undergone a traditional natural process which is reflected in the cup, where we find flavour notes of plum, dark chocolate and cranberry.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is 11:59pm on Mondays.
