From one of the first farms we ever visited in Panama, this coffee comes from the wonderful Altieri. A family-led farm, located southeast of the Volcán Barú National Park, they have been producing coffee for 20 years.
This Geisha, lot 120226, was grown in the Chombi section of their Mima Estate. It has undergone a honey process, which results in the cup in flavour notes of apple, dried apricot and panela.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is 11:59pm on Mondays.
