From Inmaculada, this Sudan Rume is a part of the farms Signature series, a selection of their high-scoring, top-tier coffees. It was put in to the spotlight back in 2015 when Sasa Sestic used it to win the World Barista Championships.
The Sudan Rume varietal stands out due to its complexity and unique flavour profile. It is layered, intense and often delivers a completely distinct flavour profile when compared to other varietals.
In the cup we find flavours of rhubarb, apricot and pear.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is 11:59pm on Mondays.
