This coffee is a great representation of what the team, led by Ricardo Koyner, are doing at Kotowa. In Boquete the family have been producing coffee for three generations, and today, they're known for their exceptional quality across a number of farms.
Lot 3980 stood out for us when we cupped at the farm back in March and has been long awaited. It is a traditional washed process, a focus at the farm. It's what you'd expect, clean, floral and sweet.
In the cup we find flavours of raspberry, mandarin and panela.

Important Information
Roast Date
All of our coffees are roasted on Loring coffee roaster each week on Tuesday before dispatch on Wednesday. We recommend resting our coffees for at least 3 weeks for the best results. Please note this can also mean you may receive coffee that has gone through a resting period.
Shipping & Dispatch
We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
The cut-off deadline is 11:59pm on Mondays.
