In the cup we find flavours of plum, grapefruit and marzipan.

This rare varietal from Black Moon placed first on the 2024 Best of Panama varietals category and we are absolutely delighted to have it on our menu this year. Chiroso has Ethiopian roots, which gives it pronounced florality and fruit forward notes.

Black Moon farm is located in Alto Queil, where the owner and agronomist Hunter Tedman focuses in regenerative farming practices. Hunter believes that by having a healthy soil, complex micro organism and treating the farm as a entire living organism is the key to better tasting coffee.

We dispatch all of our orders on Wednesdays. For the UK we use Royal Mail 24h service. For outside of the UK we use a tracked international service, at an additional cost, which will be added at checkout.
